Zac Maloof

Zac Maloof is a graduate of DePaul University, where he got a B.S. in Commerce with a focus on real estate. Zac worked in Chicago, Illinois as a leasing agent for Lakeview Associates and for Apartment Savvy from 2007-2009. He then relocated to Peoria and started as a property manager and broker at Maloof Commercial in June 2009. As a broker, he has worked with OSF Healthcare, Kroger, Peoria Rescue Ministries, Great Harvest Bread Company, Samaritan Ministries, and several other local property owners, investors, and bank-owned distressed properties. He is part of the Peoria North Rotary and helps give back to the community and serves others. As a property manager, he is responsible for the day-to-day needs for our many tenants in the tri-county area.
