Yvonne Broszus

Yvonne Broszus, Senior Appraiser, joined Hulberg in 1988. Her previous background is in market research. She is a member of the Appraisal Institute. She is close to obtaining the MAI designation from that organization, having completed almost all the requirements. She holds the highest licensing level in the State of California (Certified-General No. AG019587). Her education includes a bachelor's degree in marketing from Santa Clara University. Ms. Broszus has extensive experience in appraising special purpose properties such as automobile dealerships, service stations, worship facilities, and airport properties. She also is a qualified expert witness.
