Yeshaya Wasserman
Mr. Yeshaya Wasserman is founder and president of SGW Properties. He is responsible for identifying new opportunistic acquisitions in residential and commercial asset classes, overseeing acquisitions and development for the company’s portfolio, structuring and financing new transactions, and creating initiatives to continue to grow SGW Properties portfolio and presence in Brooklyn, Manhattan and throughout the New York metro region. ? Mr. Shaya Wasserman oversees the property management of over 50+ real estate assets. Prior to founding SGW Properties in 2008, Mr. Shaya Wasserman worked as a management consultant for approximately 10 years. In this role, Mr. Shaya Wasserman served at Oppenheimer & Co. Inc., CIBC World Markets, and Citadel Securities.
