Yanni Marmarou

Yanni Marmarou leads IPRG’s New Jersey Team, investment sales experts who focus on the commercial real estate market in the northern New Jersey market. Prior to his current role, Yanni was a Senior Director with B6 Real Estate Advisors, specializing in investment sales in the Hudson County market. Prior to joining B6, founded the Collective, a boutique CRE brokerage firm. Previous to opening his firm, Yanni spent three and a half years at Robert K. Futterman and associates and six years as a Real Estate Underwriter/Associate with The Value Research Group, Joseph Blake & Associates, and HFF (now JLL). He has appraised, sold, leased and underwritten in excess over 1,000 properties in 23 states, with a cumulative value in excess of over $500,000,000. Yanni earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Urban Planning from Rutgers University, graduating with High Honors, and also earned a Graduate Certificate from New York University’s Real Estate Institute. He is a licensed broker in the states of New York and New Jersey.
