Xavier Wasiak joined Cresa as Principal after working at Jones Lang LaSalle and Grubb & Ellis, where he was Senior Vice President and lead in industrial advisory services. Xavier's wide breadth of experience has ranged from note sales for US Bank, site selection and development of corporate headquarters, to the leasing and disposition of multi-building ground up development projects for Panattoni Development, Harsch Investment Properties and CapRock Partners. In his capacity as a tenant representation broker, his recent list of clientele has included companies such as Levi Strauss & Company, Bed Bath & Beyond, Lowe’s, Iron Mountain, and The Cosmopolitan Hotel. With over 30 years experience, he specializes in all aspects of industrial services including site selection/acquisition, build to suit development, and tenant representation, and has executed lease and sale transactions up to 525,000 square feet in size and over $31 Million in transaction value. Over his career, Xavier has won numerous awards including Top Producer, Presidents Circle, Circle of Excellence, Commitment to Excellence, SIOR’s Broker of the Year, been designated a “40 under 40”, and a CoStar Power Broker. Xavier is a 43 year resident of the Las Vegas Valley and attended the University of Nevada Las Vegas as a mechanical engineering major.
