Xavier Etcheberrigaray

Xavier Etcheberrigaray, Director of Operations & Quality for Aimbridge Hospitality EMEA, is responsible for driving operational excellence. He most recently held the position of General Manager for Aimbridge in the US, where he directed notable hotels under Marriott, Westin, and Kimpton Brands. Prior to Aimbridge US, Xavier was the Corporate Director of Hotel Operations at Caesars Entertainment in Las Vegas, where he led hotel initiatives for prominent Caesars’ Brands in the Americas, including the renowned Caesars Palace. Prior to his work in the Americas, Xavier worked internationally for Kempinski Hotels, based in Dubai, helping to lead openings in Middle East & Africa. Xavier is an MBA graduate from Glion in Switzerland and started his career as a F&B management trainee at the Intercontinental Miami.
