Wynne Phillips
Wynne Phillips joined the company in 2020 as Operations Manager for the R. Fralin Homes division. Since that time Wynne has been promoted to the Operations Facilitator of our parent company, R.P. Fralin, Inc. where she helps manage home building operations, property management, and land development. Through Wynne’s leadership, passion, and strategic initiatives, R.P. Fralin, Inc. and its subsidiaries are producing an elevated client experience and topline results. Wynne strives to lead by example and live our company values, both professionally and personally, every day. Prior to R. P. Fralin, Wynne spent 17 years in retail leadership and several years in office support roles. Wynne grew up in Roanoke, and began her career in leadership as a Retail Manager with Limited Brands, Inc. Her mentors and leaders fostered her growth and development in strategic planning, coaching, and business acumen. Wynne has always been a problem solver at heart and thrives with challenging work that makes a financial impact. Wynne enjoys time with her two children at every opportunity. She has an extremely active family, who loves all the outdoor activities that the Valley has to offer. Wynne is a licensed Zumba instructor and group fitness instructor at several local facilities. ?
