Prior to joining KBC, Woody served as the vice president at Stream Realty Partners, where he was an integral part of a high-performing team, assisting in the management of a leasing portfolio of over 40M SF. Over the course of his career, Woody has successfully completed more than $400M in transaction volume. Along with his deep market knowledge and strong industry relationships, Woody's expertise spans a broad range of asset classes, where he has consistently delivered value to property owners, tenants, and investors through data-driven insights and a client-centric approach.
