Winston Street

Winston Street is a founding member of the investment team at Lee & Associates’ Oakland office, specializing in sales of industrial, office, and R&D investments. Before joining in late 2015, Mr. Street formerly the Analyst and Market Research Coordinator for Newmark Cornish & Carey’s Hayward office. In this capacity he assisted in numerous industrial leases and sales along the Nimitz Corridor. Mr. Street has provided brokers and clients with valuable information regarding market trends and numerous subjective factors pertaining to industrial properties, lease versus sale analysis, cash flow analysis, and statistical reports. In his first year at Lee & Associates Mr. Street participated in $42 million of sale consideration, focusing mainly on representing sellers of leased office & industrial properties. He has contributed to considerable growth in Lee & Associates’ East Bay market share, and is continuing to build a strong legacy for the investment team. Prior to entering the real estate business, Mr. Street was an account executive in the software industry as a service space for AOL, Inc. and Mimecast, Ltd. He leverages his market knowledge, analytical background, and strong attention to detail to provide input for sound investment decisions.
