Windy Parsons has been involved in multiple facets of commercial real estate providing a comprehensive foundation from which to serve her clients. Windy’s decades of direct industry experience provide a thorough knowledge of brokerage, commercial banking, and real estate law. Windy’s commercial real estate career began in the real estate law field in 1997 where she was responsible for title searches and the real estate closings for commercial properties. From there, Windy was recruited into the Commercial Banking industry in the bank’s Title Insurance Division as a Marketing Director. As a Marketing Director, Windy directed and managed overall operations of developing and executing strategies for generating new business, forecasting real estate trends, organizing continuing learning education seminars in real estate, 1031 seminars and maintaining current relationships with bank clients. Over the last ten years as a Commercial Broker, Windy has overseen all aspects of the Real Estate transaction process from the valuation, pricing strategy, marketing, due diligence, negotiations of the purchase and sale contract and closed over $400 million in Multifamily properties.
