With a diverse background in both commercial real estate and operations management, Win brings a wealth of experience to his role as a commercial real estate professional. He honed his skills during his tenure at SVN Efird Commercial Real Estate in Wilmington, NC, where he worked from 2021 to 2023, specializing in commercial property transactions. Prior to his real estate career, Win served in various leadership positions, including Assistant General Manager at Southco Distributing Company in Goldsboro, NC, from 2013 to 2021, and Vice President of Operations at Coastal Wholesale Grocery in Kinston, NC, from 1980 to 2013. These roles provided him with invaluable insight into business operations and strategic planning, which he now applies to his real estate endeavors. Win holds a NC Broker License obtained in 2006, further solidifying his expertise in the real estate industry.
