Willow Ferrelli

Willow Ferrelli joined SRS Real Estate Partners in 2026 as Senior Vice President. She specializes in tenant representation and the strategic leasing of urban, infill and community-driven retail developments. Her completed transactions total more than $550 million and her client roster includes leading developers such as Columnar Commercial, Millcreek, and Harbour Retail Partners, as well as national retailers including Nothing Bundt Cakes and Hair Cuttery. She brings a unique perspective, having owned and operated a specialty boutique shop in Winter Park, Florida. Prior to ACRE, she was president at Cursor Realty Commercial. Willow served on the Rollins College Hamilton Holt School Board of Advisors for ten years, was a business columnist for Winter Park Magazine and Orlando Home & Leisure Magazine, and participated in Leadership Winter Park.
