Willie Candler joined Lee & Associates – Atlanta in November 2020 as the firm’s very first Research Associate. Since then, Mr. Candler has transitioned into a full-time Director and was named Rookie of the Year in 2022. Candler specializes in the representation of institutional landlords and local and national tenants in the greater Atlanta metropolitan area with a focus on the I-75 Northwest and I-20 West Atlanta submarkets. His current portfolio made up of institutional owners, sits just under 2 MSF. On the tenant side, Mr. Candler has worked with a wide array of clients including law firms, financial institutions, medical practices, and 3 PL’s.
