William Yowell

Will Yowell is a Vice Chairman with CBRE’s Capital Markets Institutional Properties Group in Atlanta. In this role, Mr. Yowell leads the Atlanta based office investment sales team as well as transactions throughout the Southeast U.S. He has been instrumental in expanding CBRE’s office institutional properties practice in the region over the past 30+ years. He and the Atlanta-based team specialize in large institutional portfolio and single asset transactions on a local, regional, and national basis. Over his 30+ year career, he has transacted on over 100 million SF of office properties nationally and has been involved in real estate asset sales or recapitalizations for major institutional and entrepreneurial owners totaling more than $25 billion. Yowell’s success has been recognized by CBRE as he received the Colbert Coldwell Circle Award (Top 3%) numerous years, and has been a member of the firm’s prestigious Chairman’s Club multiple times. He is also a multiple-time recipient of the firm’s Atlanta Top Performers group and Top-Five SE Investment Professionals. Yowell has been nationally recognized for his success in Commercial Property News’ (“Hot Brokers,” March 2004), has been recognized as a CoStar Power Broker on numerous occasions, and has been a “Top-10” Investment Professional in the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors for many years. A graduate of Furman University, Yowell is a member of the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors (Board Member), the National Association of Industrial and Office Parks (NAIOP), and the Urban Land Institute (ULI).
