William Wyatt

William Wyatt is an emerging professional in commercial real estate and currently serves as an Associate in the Newmark Chicago office. With a broad and foundational background of how the industry is connected through past work experiences, Wyatt is equipped to understand how tenants, landlords, and lenders interpret a lease to create mutual value. Before joining the Newmark Chicago Retail Team in 2025, Wyatt worked as an investment management analyst at Terranova Corporation, focusing on high street retail and office acquisitions and asset management. While earning his degree in Miami, FL, he interned at both Brixmor and Current Capital Real Estate Group, served as an analyst at a bridge loan family office, Vertix Group, and independently worked in drone photography to capture and market the commercial real estate landscape in South Florida.
