Will Thomas joined Newmark Knight Frank's Emeryville (now Oakland) office in 2012. Mr. Thomas specializes in the representation of multifamily property owners and investors in the East Bay multifamily market. Prior to joining the multifamily team, Mr. Thomas spent 10 years representing landlords and tenants in the East Bay industrial market. Prior to joining Newmark Knight Frank, Mr. Thomas worked in Grubb & Ellis' Oakland office. Mr. Thomas began his real estate career at Pearson Commercial in Fresno in 2006.
