William has 10 years of commercial real estate experience as a broker, asset manager, developer, and investor in office, industrial, medical, and retail properties. William works on select projects as a partner with Woodstock Development, Inc. William was previously a broker in the Peninsula office of BT Commercial (now Cushman & Wakefield), where he worked with several Bay Area based landlords and tenants in the leasing and disposition of office and R&D projects. William attended St. Ignatius College Prep and graduated from Santa Clara University with a Bachelor’s degree in Finance. William is married and has one daughter. William graduated from Santa Clara University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Finance. He and his wife reside in San Francisco.
