William Stone

William D. Stone (“Bill”) serves as Director of Cushman & Wakefield’s Tenant Representation Services Group. Leveraging his management and financial background, Bill provides his clients with a consultative approach to developing strategic plans and real-world financial modeling that enable them to make fiscally and operationally responsible commercial real estate decisions. Prior to specializing in tenant representation, Bill negotiated lease transactions on behalf of some of the nation’s largest institutional owners such as: American International Group (AIG), Deutsche Bank (RREEF), Inland American, and LaSalle Investment Management. This experience gives him a unique vantage point from which to serve his clients at C&W. Bill’s expertise in negotiating leases from both a landlord and tenant perspective has produced favorable lease terms, reduced occupancy risks, and maximized workplace flexibility for his clients.
