William Stephan

William specializes in the sale of both multi-tenant and single-tenant net leased assets in Queens, New York. Prior to joining Marcus & Millichap, William gained experience as a Property Manager where he operated, controlled, and supervised real estate for New Era Cap Company. He acted to preserve the value of the property while generating income. As a Queens retail specialist, William prides himself on being able to build and maintain long term relationships by working closely with his clients to achieve the most competitive price, best terms, and the most efficient process. William grew up in Buffalo, New York and attended West Virginia University school of medicine where he graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Physiology. Outside the office, William is an active sports fan for his hometown and enjoys playing golf, soccer, and basketball.
