William Shuford III

William C. Shuford III is an Associate with the Dallas-Fort Worth office of Weitzman, one of the largest retail-focused commercial real estate services firms based in Texas. In this position, Shuford handles retail tenant representation, retail project representation and general brokerage in the D-FW area. Prior to joining Weitzman, Shuford worked as an assistant project manager with Dallas-based Willow Bridge Property Company (formerly Lincoln Property Company). Along with real estate, he has extensive knowledge in the oil and gas sector, where he began his career acquiring mineral royalties in West Texas for the Fort-Worth-based Pegasus Resources.
