William Schmidt

Will Schmidt has worked as a real estate advisor for CBRE since 2016. He specializes in office/R&D leasing, as well as utilizing new technology platforms to identify office, residential and mixed-use development sites. His team represents over 6 MSF of office and R&D property in the Silicon Valley. Prior to working in Brokerage, Will spent two years in the CBRE research department, where he was responsible for providing market research and analysis of the Silicon Valley commercial property market. This included the creation of quarterly market reports and the analysis of market and economic trends by the management of listings and transactions through CBRE’s extensive database. Will attended the University of Southern California, where he received a Presidential Scholarship and graduated Cum Laude.
