Bill Rawlings

After joining Bass and Royster and heading the growth of the property management division, Bill Rawlings now operates Rawlings Real Estate Management as Owner and Broker-in-Charge. Bill graduated from Virginia Tech with a BS in Business and has since acquired over 16 years of experience in all aspects of property management, as well as real estate sales and home building.
