Bill Quay joined Avison Young as a result of the November 2013 acquisition of McShea & Company, Inc. Bill is a Senior Vice President and has been with the company since 1994. Bill brokered the sale of the 133 acre of the Montgomery Air Park Business Center site. This transaction won the prestigious NAIOP/DC Real Estate Transaction of the Year in 2004. In addition, this transaction was selected as the best land sale in the region by the Washington Business Journal. Bill is the recipient of the Multi-Million Dollar Sales and Leasing Award from the Greater Washington Commercial Association of Realtors (GWCAR). He is a graduate of the University of Maryland.
