William's career in real estate began in 1980 when he was hired by Rose Associates, a prominent New York developer, to work on the marketing of several new condominiums. In 1982 he received my real estate license and began selling apartments in buildings that were converting to cooperative ownership. After two years handling cooperative conversions, he moved on to real estate brokerage and has sold cooperatives, condominiums, and townhouses ever since. In 1991, he joined Douglas Elliman as an associate broker. Since 1991, he has helped hundreds of New Yorkers to buy and sell homes.
