William is the founder/broker of Assurance Properties. As an agent, he has represented countless buyers and sellers in commercial and residential real estate transactions since 2007 and is consistently among the top residential real estate agents in Southern California. He also manages a team of sales agents, is an investor in real estate, manages a portfolio of real estate and oversees in house construction and maintenance services. William was formerly a foreign exchange market maker and speculator for Deutsche Bank AG and has worked out of offices in Tokyo, London, Frankfurt, and Sydney. Since then, he has worked in multifamily real estate acquisitions and has also collaborated with developers as a public finance consultant and has been instrumental on high profiles projects such as the $200+ million-dollar bond infrastructure financing of the Platinum Triangle in Anaheim. William holds a B.B.A. in finance, a M.B.A. in business strategy from the Claremont Graduate University Peter F. Drucker Graduate School of Management, is a California Certified Residential Manager (“CCRM”) and is a licensed real estate broker in the State of California.
