Born and raised in Metro Vancouver, William joined the commercial real estate industry right out of university with a focus on retail, investment, and development properties. Through his detailed focus on client needs, professionalism, and unwavering work ethic, William has assisted his clients in the acquisition, disposition, and leasing of commercial properties totaling over $400 million in transaction value. Specializing as an advisor to medical, dental, and related practices, Will takes a sophisticated and personalized approach to address each client’s needs during the birth, expansion, and succession planning of their practice. As a commercial broker for over 6 years, William is a leading member of the Luk Real Estate Group led by Kelvin Luk, at Macdonald Commercial, which is a top performing retail and investment team in Vancouver with 25 years of combined experience. William attended the University of Calgary where he obtained his Bachelor of Commerce, specialization in Real Estate and Finance. While at the University of Calgary, William was the co-founder of the Real Estate Student Association and a winner of the NAIOP Battle of Alberta. In his free time, William enjoys skiing, hiking, mountain biking, playing hockey, and staying in tune with the local foodie and craft beer scene.
