William Jeffers

William Jeffers joined the Core Industrial Realty brokerage team in August 2023. Billy works closely with Founder and Managing Broker, Noel Liston and Partner, Matthew Lee. He offers a full range of brokerage services, including tenant/buyer/owner representation, built-to-suit projects, site acquisitions, redevelopments, sale/leasebacks, and investment deals. Billy earned his degree in Finance from the University of Iowa Tippie College of Business. Throughout his academic journey, he received multiple Dean’s List Honors for academic excellence. Alongside his academic pursuits, Billy also contributed his talents to the Iowa hockey team. While pursuing his degree, Billy interned with a real estate firm and is continuing down this path as a broker with Core Industrial Realty.
