William Holder
Bill Holder was born and raised in San Antonio graduating from Douglass MacArthur High School in 1970 and from Texas Tech University in 1974 with a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree in Finance. After graduation, he joined in the family business, the Milam Building Garage, as fourth generation owner and operator. In 1984, he became the Franchisee and CEO of Popeye’s Chicken of San Antonio with 13 restaurants. After successful sale of the Franchise in 1997, he established his professional association with D. B. Harrell Commercial Real Estate Services. Bill is experienced in leasing, sales, marketing, investment services and special client assignments representing both sellers and buyers. Bill is a member of the San Antonio Board of Realtors, Texas Association of Realtors and National Association of Realtors.
