William Hodges

William Hodges founded Piedmont Capital in 2021 to focusing on the acquisition of core plus and value-add real estate investment opportunities throughout the Carolinas. William is responsible for the strategic direction of Piedmont Capital and sources all opportunities for the company. Prior to forming Piedmont Capital, William served as the managing partner of New Forum Partners. Since 2018 William has sourced and closed over $100,000,000 of off-market opportunities throughout the Charlotte region. William currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Charlotte Region Board of Realtors (CRCBR) and previously served as Vice President in 2022. He also sits on the Land Acquisition Committee for the Catawba Lands Conservancy. He previously served on the Board of Directors for Unity Classical Charter School and South Chapter Board for the Charlotte Regional Business Alliance (formerly Charlotte Chamber). William graduated from the University of Georgia with a B.A. in Real Estate from the Terry College of Business.
