Will Goodman joined CBRE Nashville in 2018 as a Research Analyst. In 2020, Will joined Steve Preston as a member of CBRE’s Industrial Services platform. As a Vice President Broker with CBRE, Will focuses on Tenant and Landlord representation and aiding in the leasing and sales transactions of industrial assets. From 2020 to 2022, Will, with other team members, has completed over $463.6M in Lease and Sale Transactions. Will is also involved in business development efforts by cultivating relationships with leading Developers, Land Owners, Private Equity Groups and Institutional Landlords.
