William Farkas

Bill Farkas is a 27-year industry veteran with a track record of completing more than 1,000 lease and sale transactions totaling over $1.5 billion in gross aggregate value. He represents more than 4 million square feet of retail space across New Jersey, working closely with regional companies and multi-generation family legacy portfolios. Bill is an active member of ICSC, serves on the Next Generation Committee, is a Site Source member, and sits on the board of the Spring Lake Hope Foundation. He is also a member of the Passaic County Football Hall of Fame and has been recognized as a CoStar Power Broker in New Jersey every year since 2014.
