William Elliott

William Elliott is the Designated Managing Broker for eXp Commercial for the State of Hawaii. Through keen market research, relationship-driven networking and knowledge of consumer trends, Will finds the best new avenues for growth in a competitive market across office, retail and mixed-use projects. He is passionate about creating connections at work and in his community, and takes great satisfaction in helping his clients grow their businesses and progress toward their individual goals. His generational connection to Hawaii began in 1882 when his maternal ancestors arrived from Portugal to manage the sugar cane plantations, the same year the Iolani Palace was completed. Will started his career in Portland, OR in 2008 through the family business on his paternal side as an assistant property manager and assistant facilities manager. His property management portfolio consisted of over 2 million square feet, over 500 tenants in 50+ properties throughout urban, suburban and rural markets in Oregon and SW Washington. His facilities management portfolio ranged between 3-5 million square feet, 80-120 properties across Oregon, Washington and Utah. He then transitioned to the brokerage side of the business in 2013 and has since closed on numerous sales and leasing transactions totaling a career volume of $100 million. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Business from Linfield College. He recently moved back home in 2017 to Hawaii to lead eXp Commercial with a focus on building equity for the communities he serves through prioritizing the health, wellness and safety of our local communities across all property types.
