William Eiseman

Born and raised in Milwaukee's north shore, I went to school in Whitefish Bay. After college (BA in communications) at The Evergreen State College in Olympia, Washington, I retuned to Milwaukee. I started my real estate career in 1985 when rates were high and credit was tight. After selling for Century-21 and Worth Realty, I managed the Menomonee Falls office for First Realty Better Homes & Gardens. I returned to sales with Coldwell Banker in 1991. During my sales career, my wife and I had been investing personally in small income property. In 1994, my wife and I started Castle Realty Associates, Inc. While my original focus was solely residential, we have evolved into a full-service firm offering expertise in commercial, retail, office, investment and management. We have managed sales growth every year we have been in business and our personal portfolio has developed into a mix of retail, office and apartment buildings in the Milwaukee area. My success has been only possible with the unwavering support of my wife, Nancy, and our three incredible daughters: Emily Rose, Sophie Willow, and Zoe Watson. We put family first in our lives and do the same with our clients needs in our business.
