William Callahan is a Senior Vice President with CBRE and is currently serving as Principal Broker and central region market leader based in CBRE's Little Rock, Arkansas, office. A 20-year real estate industry veteran, Mr. Callahan is responsible for business execution in the central region of Arkansas. Throughout his career, Mr. Callahan has excelled in delivering integrated transaction and portfolio management services to corporate occupiers globally. His expertise in managing people and process combined with his excellent negotiating skills continually drives significant value to his clients. Mr. Callahan’s vast and diverse experience includes commercial real estate transaction management, strategic planning, asset and portfolio management. Having served as the single point of contact for major corporations, Mr. Callahan is adept in client relationship and field team management, and executing acquisition, disposition, lease-hold restructures, buyouts and consultative assignments throughout the Americas region. Over the last 20 years, he has completed projects in just about every major city throughout North America, leveraging the firms’ global platform with local knowledge developing successful outcomes for his customers. Prior to re-joining CBRE in 2007, Mr. Callahan was a Vice President with Jones Lang LaSalle, where he was in a senior leadership role providing transaction/portfolio management services to multiple corporate clients. He also led the development and marketing efforts of the firm’s Call Center Practice Group and was a senior leader in the Industrial Services group.
