William Cafero

William Cafero joined Charter Realty in 2016 as a member of their brokerage team, focusing on tenant and agency representation within the New York Tri-State Area and New England. Through his broker relationships and understanding of Tenant expansion patterns on both a local and national basis, William oversees a leasing portfolio in excess of 4 million square feet. A select few of his Landlord clients include Clarion Partners, Juster Properties, ACF Property Management, Paragon Management, Pennrose Properties, Tartaglia Commercial Properties, Rockport Equities, and Greystar. With a thoughtful and strategic approach, William has worked with numerous grocers, retailers, and restauranteurs in assistance with their expansion throughout the region. He played an integral role in the Northeast and New England market entry of MOMs Organic Market expanding the chain in to three different states. Some of his clients now include Lidl, Shake Shack, Crumbl Cookies, Buffalo Wild Wings GO, Salon Lofts, and more. Additionally, in the past William has handled disposition services locally for Walgreens, Chipotle, Qdoba, and Red Robin. Born and raised in Southern Connecticut, he graduated from The University of Miami Undergraduate School of Business with a Real Estate Finance degree BA. He currently resides in Manhattan and is a multi-year recipient of the Co-Star Power Broker Award.
