Bill became a Partner at Commonwealth Commercial in 2001. He has extensive experience in commercial and agricultural real estate. Bill he has been a successful real estate broker since 1974 and holds a brokers license in Virginia and North Carolina. He is recognized regionally and statewide for his understanding on the highest and best use of land. Bill has and impressive resume and has served as past Chairman of the Commercial Council of the Virginia Association of Realtors, Board of Director for the Virginia Forestry Education Foundation, Board Member of the Greater Richmond Association for Commercial Real Estate and Past President of the Central Virginia Chapter of National Association of Industrial and Office Parks. Bill has teamed up with his partner, Hank Campbell, to sell over 25,000 acres of rural real estate in the last two years.
