William Alcorn

William Alcorn is a member of the Finial Group’s brokerage services team and focuses on brokerage, including tenant and end-user representation. William is responsible for acquiring and developing new business relationships and advising the firm’s clients on the most cost-effective solutions for accommodating their needs. William provides lease analysis, financial analysis, market research, negotiations, and value-based recommendations for each of his clients. Prior to joining Finial Group, William interned at Jones Lang LaSalle, where he assisted the debt team in refinancing loans for a range of different assets. William also interned at Newmark Knight Frank, assisting in Multi-family underwriting and research. Born in Houston, William attended The Kinkaid School. He moved to Austin in 2017 to attend the University of Texas, where he earned a B.S. in Human Dimensions of Organizations, with a minor in Entrepreneurship. While at the UT, William was a member of the University of Texas Silver Spurs Association. He also volunteered with the Neighborhood Longhorn Program, where he tutored local Austin elementary students.
