Bill Lewis was raised on an irrigated farm in Montana and trained cutting horses for 40 years. He's a rancher with experience over 30 years as an owner of a 450 head cow/calf, custom grazing & preconditioning business on a ranch operation that spanned up to 5000 acres. As a commercial real estate advisor Bill is an expert negotiator, focusing primarily on developing relationships and structuring deals for acquisition & sale of Self Storage facilities, RV Parks, and NNN properties. Whether in commercial real estate or in the large farm & ranch sector, Bill and his team are particularly skilled at sourcing off-market properties and brokering deals. He has owned and structured partnerships for commercial real estate, farm & ranch properties and timberland since 1990. As an Oil & Gas Consultant since 2001, Bill represented mineral property owners as their agent in negotiations for Oil & Gas leases, mineral sales & acquisitions, and pipeline easements. He's been a public speaker at town hall meetings with mineral owners on the value of agency, and at RLI NLC23 was on the Landgate Renewable Energies Panel. For nearly 25 years Bill and his wife, Lisa, have worked together as a team to identify real estate investment opportunities across the country. As a Land Professional and member of Realtors Land Institute he is an Accredited Land Consultant #1623. As a Commercial Property Advisor he's been awarded the CCIM Designation #24899 He was nominated for 2023 Colorado-Wyoming CCIM Broker of the Year.
