Will VanMeter is a Lexington, Kentucky native. He is a graduate of the University of Louisville Business College and a military veteran having served in the US Army Field Artillery. Will’s professional career began on the Thoroughbred racetrack as an Assistant Trainer to Hall of Fame conditioner D. Wayne Lukas. After four years under the guidance of Mr. Lukas, Will and his wife Kristin opened a public training stable at Keeneland Racecourse in Lexington, which they successfully operated for eight years. Still an avid equestrian, Will breeds Thoroughbreds and foxhunts with the Iroquois Hunt Club in Winchester, Kentucky. Will’s success in the horse and real estate business is rooted in professional and honest representation. As a licensed sales associate and CCIM candidate with Haymaker Commercial Real Estate Will is active in all aspects of commercial sales, leasing, and consulting.
