Will Stronach

Will Stronach oversees all of the company’s development activities and tenant relationships. Will has over 14 years’ experience in the development, construction and management of commercial real estate. Prior to forming Stronach Properties, he worked for Kane Realty Corporation in Raleigh, NC where he focused on the development of retail, multifamily and mixed use projects. Prior to that, Will worked for a Washington, DC based property management company and later Rockville, MD based James G. Davis Construction Corporation, the second largest commercial general contractor in the DC MSA. At DAVIS, Will gained an in depth understanding of construction project management while working on complex, multi-year developments. Will is a native of Wilson, North Carolina and a graduate of Hampden-Sydney College and Episcopal High School. He is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers, a licensed North Carolina Broker and a LEED Accredited Professional. Will is an active member of Christ Episcopal Church in Raleigh and served on the Board of Christ Church Preschool. Will lives in Raleigh with his wife and three children
