Will’s clients include institutional and high net-worth investors, REITs, national and local banks, national and regional retail tenants, and many local restaurants, together with industrial and large manufacturing facilities and investments. Will, alongside Oliver Smith, has had a large hand in positive changes for Downtown Knoxville, TN, and continues to further new development and growth in this exciting market. Will’s community ties run strong. Growing up in Atlanta, GA and Knoxville, TN, Will has watched the Southeastern marketplace continue to grow and prosper. He went to Central High School and The University of Tennessee with a focus in Business Management. He has ventured into opening and owning new concept restaurants and businesses. Firsthand, Will learned the values of building lasting relationships with community members, clients, and customers.
