Will Schubert specializes in advising clients on the acquisition and disposition of retail properties across the United States, with a primary focus on Southern California and Texas. His day-to-day responsibilities span the full transaction lifecycle, including property valuation, business development, sourcing and negotiating offers, and managing escrow through closing. Through his client-first approach, Will has successfully completed more than 45 shopping center transactions since entering the commercial real estate industry. He graduated from the University of Colorado Boulder in 2019 and enjoys spending his free time outdoors hiking, skiing, and with friends and family.
