Prior to joining Lee & Associates, Will worked as a project coordinator at Pritchard Associates, supporting real estate development projects by assisting with budgets, permits, and coordinating with contractors and other stakeholders. Additionally, His client-facing experience in the logistics sector also strengthened his ability to build relationships and work collaboratively.
