Will Meachum

As Senior Financial Analyst for Venture Commercial, Will participates in all aspects of both the Investment Sales and Acquisitions Team. These include underwriting and evaluating new acquisitions as well as evaluating dispositions for our clients. Will also contributes to asset management duties such as leasing strategy and financial reporting. In addition, Will conducts market research and prepares all aspects of the team’s offering memorandums. Will is a Dallas, TX native. He attended Texas Christian University in Fort Worth, TX, and graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Economics. After graduating in 2015 Will moved back to Dallas and began working in the commercial real estate industry. His first position was as a property manager at Hopkins Commercial where he oversaw a portfolio of shopping centers. Will then spent four years as an analyst at STRIVE, a commercial real estate brokerage. At STRIVE Will oversaw underwriting of both single and multi-tenant shopping centers as well as doing market research and analysis. He also oversaw the internship program. Will recently graduated with his MBA in Real Estate from Southern Methodist University.
