Please contact Will Grattan at Will.Grattan@inlightre.com Will Grattan serves as an Analyst for InLight Real Estate Partners, LLC (“IREP”) in Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida. Will supports asset management through underwriting, assistance with acquisitions and dispositions, as well as leasing. He spent the summer with InLight as an intern focused on underwriting and due diligence. Prior to InLight, Will served as a land development intern at Dream Finders Homes in Jacksonville, FL working on several residential developments in the Jacksonville area. Will grew up in Ponte Vedra Beach, FL before going to school at The University of San Diego where he earned a bachelor’s degree in finance and real estate from the Knauss School of Business in 2022 and played on the schools D1 golf team.
