Will Freeman

Will is a native of Columbia, South Carolina and joined the firm’s Greenville office in September of 2019. After playing baseball at Presbyterian College, Will moved to Vail, Colorado for three years before returning to the Midlands to pursue a career in residential real estate with the Devine Real Estate Group. Leveraging his knowledge of the industry and prior experience, Will works with Shareholder Bill Sims on sales and acquisitions of net leased investment properties (single tenant free standing buildings, shopping centers, and flex properties). Will assists Bill with evaluating and marketing investment properties by providing comparable property analysis and market statistics to realize the client's best possible financial return.
