Will spent nearly 7 years in the Army maintaining and managing maintenance crews for Army Helicopters. One thing he pulled away from Aviation Maintenance is that the attention to detail required in this role is life and death and a helicopter can not just pull over to the side of the road if there is an issue. It is this level of detail and perfection he brings to his post-Army career of Real Estate.
