Will Cornish is an Advisor at Kiser Group, and co-leads the Midwest Team alongside Lee Kiser and Kyle Sissel, focusing on investment sales across the region. He is a leader, strategic thinker, and relationship builder — roles that have been crucial in driving the team’s performance. Will joined Kiser Group to become part of the company’s distinctive culture steeped in learning and focus on success. Will acquired his real estate expertise through leasing apartments and conducting market research. Through these experiences, he developed a keen understanding of tenant demands and preferences, giving him a critical perspective on what potential tenants look for and what aspects of a building are crucial for attracting them. Will earned an undergraduate degree in Business Management with a focus on entrepreneurship from Illinois State University. He has earned medals for the USA Triathlon Team and continues to compete in triathlons at a high level. He also enjoys golf, and loves seeking new cultural experiences through travel.
