As Director of Investment Sales, Will specializes in representing both sellers and buyers of investment properties across the Southeast. His expertise spans industrial, retail, office, and healthcare properties. He has experience handling multi-tenant and single-tenant assets, as well as portfolio transactions. Will joined Colliers in 2018 as an Investment Analyst, supporting the Birmingham, AL based investment sales team. In that role Will underwrote potential transactions, researched prospective investment properties, created marketing package content, and directed the due diligence process for brokered deals. Prior to Joining Colliers, Will worked for Regions Bank. Following graduation from Sewanee Will joined Region’s Management Associate program in the Summer of 2016. While at Regions, he underwrote and serviced debt transactions for Commercial and Industrial customers.
