Will Bywaters

Will Bywaters joined Holt Lunsford Commercial in 2024 and serves as an Industrial Tenant Representative. He is responsible for executing transactions on behalf of industrial occupants in the DFW metroplex, representing both local and national companies. Prior to joining HLC, Will was a Territory Manager at Sunbelt Material Handling, where he served clients in the Redbird, South Dallas & I-45, and Outlying Ellis County submarkets. He was the manager of many local, regional, and national accounts. This experience gave Will strategic insight into the needs of industrial tenants across many industries. Will received a BA in Communications from The University of Arkansas, where he was involved in Young Life and his local church. Will and his wife are members of Northway Church in Dallas, where he serves as a leader in the Student Ministry. Will enjoys backpacking, fly fishing, and running.
